Buffalo Mozzarella – 260g pot (125g drained)

Mozzarella Di Bufala Campana is produced in the province of Caserta, exclusively with fresh pasteurised buffalo milk. Break off chunks and scatter ontop of pizza, or slice up alongside tomatoes and a liberal glug of olive olive.

For the best taste, remove from the fridge and allow to warm naturally to enhance the aromas and flavour of the milk.
